Vinyl ester resins

Vinyl ester resins are considered to be a hybrid of polyester and epoxy resins, which means they have the easy and quick handling characteristics of polyester and the high chemical and mechanical properties of an epoxy resin. Vinyl ester resins are compatible with fiberglass, carbon fiber and aramid fibers. Vinyl ester resins are often used in repair and lamination materials because they are waterproof and reliable.
